Today was an absolutely amazing day. It was the first day in many many days that I was truly happy from the inside out. No external validation or stimuli required. My day included a varied range of activities – work and pleasure among them. Mostly alone. All interesting. Everything came naturally. And for that reason it was all easy. And fun. And joyful.
